If you access our Internet Banking service from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk, as doing so may constitute an offence in that jurisdiction.

The records we maintain of any instructions you give us via computer shall be conclusive evidence of your instructions and the time they were given, except in cases of manifest error.

You are responsible if, when using our Internet Banking service, you give us incorrect instructions or mistakenly instruct us to make the same payment more than once.
